Short and Sweet – As of 2/1/2017, we guarantee that your gift card is as advertised when you bought it for One Hundred (100) days* from the day you purchased it. If there is any problem with your card during this time, we will work diligently to fix the issue and if we cannot fix it, we will happily issue you a complete refund to your original form of payment.
*Purchases made prior to 2/1/2017 fall under our sixty (60) day guarantee

Q: If I received my giftcards in the mail, will I have to pay to ship the card(s) back to you?
A: No! If you received your card in the mail, we will not only refund any applicable shipping costs, but we’ll even send you a pre-paid shipping label that you can use to ship the package back to us for free! Just make sure you drop the package off at the post-office within 1 week of receiving the prepaid label.
Q: It’s a little bit past 100 days from when I bought the gift card and the card doesn’t work, is there anything you can do?
A: Maybe. We promise to do our best to determine what went wrong with you gift card. Though we can’t make any guarantees, if our Fraud Prevention team is able to determine that your gift card encountered an issue within the One Hundred (100) days of your purchase, we will promptly issue you a full refund.
Q: I bought the wrong gift card, can I return it?
A: In most cases, Yes. Please fill out a support ticket Here! or give us a call at (888) 733-4401 for more detailed information. If we accept your return, you will be given a full refund to the original form of payment, less a $0.32 processing fee. Please note: Non-defective gift cards that were delivered electronically are not returnable/refundable unless you are a verified bulk purchaser/seller.
Q: I no longer want one or all of the gift cards that I purchased, can I return it?
A: In most cases, Yes. Please fill out a support ticket Here! Also, if we agree to accept your return, you will need to pay any applicable shipping costs to return the item(s) to us. If we accept your return, you will be given a full refund to the original form of payment, less a $0.32 processing fee.
