1. Email Confirmation
Upon completion of your first order, you’ll receive an email reminding you to verify with us so your order can be processed. We require verification to ensure your security as well as ours.
2. Call and Verify
After your order, call our main phone line at (888) 733-4401 (10:00AM - 6:00PM CST M-F) from the phone number listed in your account. With your permission, we will send you a one time text message with a six digit code that you will need to provide to us. This ensures that you are in possession of your phone.
3. Answer Verification Questions
Finally, we will ask you a few questions* to verify that you are the true credit card holder. We generate these questions from a mixture of proprietary and public records databases.
